Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days pending item availability (excluding holidays). Once your order is processed and ready to ship, we will e-mail you the tracking number.

CUSTOM ORDERS Custom Personalized Jewelry may take 2 to 3 Weeks to Process and 3-5 business days to receive tracking the information. If you need your custom order to expedited please choose our Expedited Shipping Option when you checkout.

Standard shipping delivery time is 2-5 business days within the U.S. International shipping may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.

FREE SHIPPING* on orders over $50 within the U.S. (Only when it is offered) Does not include International Orders. Free shipping is for (Standard Shipping Only).

 

PREORDERED/BACKORDERED ITEMS

In the event that we experience high volume orders for specific items, please allow additional processing time for backordered items. We restock within 2-3 weeks.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Jade & Jazelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Jade & Jazelle will provide an address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping information for the customer to investigate with the shipping company.
