RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. But, we will exchange items within 5 days of your order's arrival. Please contact us prior to exchanging your merchandise otherwise we will not accept unauthorized exchanges. Returned merchandise must include packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. There are no exchanges for personalized merchandise. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your exchange. NOTE YOU will be responsible for return shipping cost.
Due to the nature of our products, worn merchandise cannot be exchanged. Merchandise will be considered defective only if it were damaged during its time in transit. Merchandise damaged after delivery is not considered faulty and would not be eligible for exchange. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
